What Are the Effects?
We tend to use energy without giving much thought to its effects on our planet and on our lives. These are some of the reasons that we need to use energy more efficiently:

1. Fossil fuels, which we use as an energy source to power a lot of things, will not last forever. We must use the supplies that we have left wisely.

2. Energy is expensive! We have to pay for every unit of electricity and fossil fuel that we use. |
| 3. Burning fossil fuels pollutes our environment and can lead to global warming and climate change. |
